Liked: Checking in was a pleasure , quick , helpful and professional. Happy to pay the £2 surcharge for a bottom bunk. Lovely hot showers.

Liked: Very relaxed chiller friendly atmosphere.Reminds me of being home in Australia
Disliked: To be honest nothin … other than that one loud snoring guest. Wow the whole room was awake

Exceptional

Nice hostel, well located

Liked: The hostel was well located, and not too noisy itself (other than roomates). It had cages to leave your stuff locked (you had to bring the lock or pay for one). Charger in bed is always a plus.
Disliked: Too few toilets/showers meant it was hard to use in peak hours. Should fix beds somehow so they don't bounce so much when someone moves (in the 3rd bunk you really feel everything).

Good

Liked: I've never stayed in a dormitory before and I was positively surprised. This place is great and clean, with other guests also very well behaved.
Disliked: More to refresh the room every day as 9 or more people sleeping there it can be smelly

Bad

Great location and great food.

Liked: The location was fantastic, close to Victoria Station and other amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The bathroom upstairs were constantly flooded.
