Good location bad airflow

Disliked: You get for what you pay for. Lack of Air conditioner or more fans, there were 2 small 12 inch fans in the room that were not enough and windows did not open all the way. I understand the weather in the UK is normally very cool but if you put 9 bedbunks un in a small room the body heat will build up and with no proper ventilation on cooling, it was a nightmare. get a USB fan, TK Maxx is a good option to find them

Disliked: I really wanted to give this hostel 5 stars, especially because my first experience here was absolutely amazing — I met great people and had such a good time that I decided to come back. Unfortunately, this second stay didn’t live up to the same standard, and I’m giving it 1 star for two main reasons.First, my room had a very strong and unpleasant smell on Sunday due to a new guest who clearly wasn’t concerned with personal hygiene. It made the environment really uncomfortable. We asked for change in the room due this problem.Second, something very upsetting happened: my brother's credit card slipped from his pocket when we arrived at the hostel around 1 AM on Thursday — he had it with him along with his room key. So, it turned out and implies that someone from the room found it in the morning, around 8ish AM and instead of taking it in at reception, the card was used three times around 9ish AM before we could cancel it, 2 transactions went through and while the 3rd was processing we got an alert from the bank to confirm it around 9:30 AM, then we got it cancelled and started looking into the room with no luck. While I know this can happen anywhere, it was really disappointing, especially because this is a place I trusted.I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests. The hostel has great potential, but these issues really affected my stay, and I'm not sure if I will ever return again.

Liked: The staff were all super friendly and nice!!! Very accommodating and helpful with any questions!!

Very good

Liked: Great location, walking distance to many sights, comfy bed. Slept well every night, facilities were kept clean and in good order. Staff were very helpful.
Disliked: The only complaint I have is the sometimes stifling heat in the dorms.The temperature is only going to get hotter, so fans are not only ineffective but a short term solution.

Central bed in a great...

Liked: location was brilliant, right in the heart next to waterloo and convenient for bag drop. The locker was useful for that, just remember to bring your padlock. The shower was also very nice with rainfall type head powerful flow. I did not eat there.
Disliked: can't really fault it it was bed to crash in and a shower and both were provided.
