Disliked: Don’t have any common space to chill like a sofa for the guest, don’t have a microwave, personal does not help you in anything.

The most uncomfortable experience

Liked: The location is close to shops and places to eat, and transport stops.
Disliked: The room was unbearably hot despite it being cool outside. It was impossible to sleep and I had to go and sit outside to cool down, where I spoke to other people staying there who were experiencing the same. Staff were not responsive and rejected most of my suggestions for helping to cool the room. I submitted a complaint only requesting an acknowledgement/response but this has been ignored.

Disliked: Bathrooms and showers not working for 2 days. Female receptionist does not want to be there and isnt very friendly

Liked: Good location, cute bar, nice staff.
Disliked: No aircon in summer was tough, 3 tier bunks, small crammed rooms, broken toilets and showers, bad hygiene. Really should be used as a last resort stay, or if you’re on a budget. You pay for what you get when it comes to a cheap stay in London
