Absolutely dreadful, indeed.

Liked: Nothing at all. Absolutely, even the impressions of the charming interior were spoiled by the staff’s attitude, dirt, and banking machinations.
Disliked: The hotel is requesting a deposit that was not mentioned anywhere before, a deposit of €200, mind you. The room was disgustingly dirty, with lots of broken glass shards on the carpet near the bed, which caused me to injure my leg. But everything they told me at the reception was okay; they said they would send a cleaner sometime later. There was no kettle in the room, and the bathroom was full of dirt and grime. Upon checkout, they added the cost of our room to the deposit, and we left. However, a week later, the hotel went ahead and charged the full amount for the room again, and they're completely unresponsive in resolving the issue, deflecting by saying, "Send an email; no one can solve this problem right now." I'm sorry, but someone can just go ahead and charge my money again without my permission? This is absurd. It was simply the worst stay my husband and I have ever had at a hotel.
