The night before my wedding...

Liked: The location was perfect. My stay was the weekend of my wedding. It was close proximity like 20 min drive to my wedding venue (Jungle Island.
Disliked: We had several maintenance issues. Shower in my room the master bathroom was running for three hours. The knob came off while I was in the shower. No staff was on site except a young man at the front desk who wouldn’t even try to assist. And said maintenance wasn’t available. Just imagine… I can’t even sleep because of a steaming shower running for hours. My friend eventually came and fixed it smh thankfully I didn’t have to get my hair wet the night before my wedding playing plumber. There were several other problems with the fridge and the second bedroom tv not working at all.

Liked: We have stayed at this hotel many times now and still love it. Very spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Gated complex makes you feel calm and secure. The restaurant on premises is really good. Right across the street there are many places to go to, including restaurants, bars and shopping.
Disliked: The place was not very clean but nothing too harsh, stained floors and carpet. The rooms are definitely in need of a renovation.The aircon unit by the corner apartment that we stayed in is very noisy
