Liked: Very clean hotel and staff were very helpful
Disliked: Freezing cold swimming poolFood a bit repetitive

Overall, we had a nice...

Liked: The location, variety of food, friendly staff and cleanliness.
Disliked: Although it wasn’t full, people still reserved sun beds with their towels early in the morning. This was not policed.

Disappointing

Disliked: Not very good for vegetarians. Been to lots of all-inclusive hotels and this was the worst for veggie options of all of them.

Good value and excellent location

Liked: Although it’s far from 5 star it’s a good 4 star hotel. Very clean and most staff are friendly The hotel is on the beach which is lovely
Disliked: Only the fact that it’s a race to reserve a sun bed by the pool. The hotel has signs up asking people not to but not enforced.

Liked: Friendly staff good service , amazing food , comfortable bed and beautiful pool area
Disliked: The spa was fully booked so couldn’t have a treatment

Disliked: Went half board but were watched over by 2 managers (older & younger manager) checking if we had any wine with meal had to pay extra for all inclusive as a result

Good

Liked: We were lucky to have 2 rooms, where one room had jacuzzi and terrace with sun loungers, as sun loungers near the pool get taken early in the morning. Also, pool loungers or area around them might be dirty, as people keep having ice creams, sweets/lollipops, even tho food is not allowed there. And sometimes we had to clean loungers from melted lollipops or chocolate before using them.The rooms where nice, beds very spacious and comfortable. The rooms cleaned daily. We had only half board, but it was nice to find out that mini bar drinks in the fridge were included (they werent replaced, but there were enough for us anyway).Staff were very nice and helpful.Location was great. There are public bus stops close to the hotel. And we found plenty of different shops and good cafes/restaurants in the area.The pool was great, my son really enjoyed it. Also, it was a big plus to have a basketball/football pitch, kept the kid active during the stay and he met some new friends.
Disliked: The hotel needs some renovations. Jacuzzi didnt work properly, as some of the water jets werent working and they looked dirty inside. Bathrooms need cosmetic fixes, also fan in double room bathroom didnt work properly, the steam condensed on the ceiling around one of the lamps, and then water was dripping on top of us.Pool water could be a bit warmer. My son enjoyed it anyway, but the rest of the family were in the pool only couple times, as we found it too cold.If you are a vegetarian or vegan, its hard to find what to eat, especially during breakfasts and especially for vegans. I was really bored of the same food/breakfast for the whole week. For dinner it was easier to find something different.I dont see the hotel as a five star hotel
