Progress Hotel

DO NOT STAY HERE

Liked: Nothing. We arrived and the hotel didn't exist anymore. The hotel they put us in was next door and an I wouldn't have put a stray dog in it. Absolutely vile and now the hotel are ignoring me following on from a complaint
Disliked: The room was absolutely disgusting and dirty, the bedding smelt stale and mold all over the bathroom; our bedroom and bathroom window was a shear drop from the 4th floor and our neighbours could very easily climb into our bedroom. The toiletries was empty, I had to go and ask for coffee pods, I had to request a pillow as there was only 1. The carpet was pure filth

Liked: The location is near to the Nord station. The staff were good. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was good.

Liked: We did not have breakfast.Location was a perfect one as we easily had access to City 2 and transport to visit family and friends in Brussels.
Disliked: The lift on the 1st was broken so we couldn’t use it to come downstairs.
