Our first stop on our...

Liked: Breakfast was good. They accommodated us with extra salmon as we were a big group who requested halaal, thanks we appreciated this! The ginger shots we delicious. Croissants were fresh and yummy.
Disliked: The lady who checked us in (group of 44) was unfriendly and very curt. Our first encounter in Denmark and this soon became apparent how unfriendly all the hotel staff are as we stayed at 4 different hotels in various locations while touring.It seemed that checking in the group was an effort and something she didn't enjoy doing. Rooms are tiny and bathrooms very basic with old shower curtain.

Liked: Location is perfect, the hotel provides all the necessary needs for your stay, comfortable and clean.
Disliked: Nothing much, probably more tea and coffee can be provided and more English channel.

Loved my stay here...location and...

Liked: loved my terrace. Room was on the small side but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. The location was excellent and the breakfast was excellent too. Staff was very nice and helpful, even let me play the piano as I was rehearsing for a date I had to sing in the Copenhagen jazz festival. I felt safe walking around alone any time of day or night
