Liked: The bed was comfy and the room was spacious.
Disliked: Breakfast had no protein and was only continental which was not advertised. I thought it was a full breakfast. Had to talk through a kiosk screen to get help which is less personal. Pool seemed dirty and hours for the gym were not reliable for my schedule.

Liked: Large room and comfortable bed.
Disliked: Not crazy about virtual check in especially when there are issues like the refrigerator leaking a puddle into the room. Breakfast is amongst the worst I have had.

Disliked: Basic breakfast with a lot of plastic waste, presumably to save on staff

Disliked: Breakfast was very cheap—only toast and oatmeal from the package. Even the orange juice was watered down. Other guests complained too.

Disliked: Idiotic check-in process by video chat. Dirty sheets on check-in. Insufficient towels. Poor heating/cooling system. Blood on towels. Zero amenities. Overpriced. Poor condition inside and outside.
