Disappointing Stay: Unprofessional Service, Poor...

Liked: Good location if you arrive/leave by train.
Disliked: - Extremely noisy room: constant squeaking sounds throughout the night and a loud air conditioner that failed to cool the room adequately ( in April). Poor ventilation made the room uncomfortable.- Housekeeping issues:At check-in, I was informed that cleaning would only occur after the third night — this was not mentioned in advance.I requested cleaning as instructed, but housekeeping only removed one foot towel (removed, not replaced; I had to come down to reception to get a new one, as there are also no phones in the room) and emptied the bin; bed linens were not changed, and the bathroom was not cleaned.When I raised the issue, staff denied any cleaning requests had been made, despite clear evidence someone had entered the room. Staff were unprofessional: instead of apologizing, they appeared annoyed by my complaints and responded with a visible attitude. My room has not been cleaned during my stay.- Lack of basic amenities: no fridge, no toothbrush cups, no kettle, and no iron (not even available at reception). TV was unusable: staff explained they were "changing the Wi-Fi" and offered no solution.Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying here.

Great location for station

Liked: Very easy to find from the main station (5 mins walk away)- very visible. Very friendly and welcoming reception staff. Room was simply furnished but very large, comfortable and spotlessly clean.Excellent and extensive breakfast buffet.
