Very good

Liked: The hotel and room decodation is unique and so nice.The room is comfortable with good space.The hotel location is good and close to central train station with easy access to city center by tram.The staff is welcoming and kind.
Disliked: The paid early check in before 3 pm is not so nice, this was my first experience around the world with extra price for check in before 3 pm.The room does not have fridge.The blanket size is small and not enough for an adult.The house keeping of room was not done during my stay (honestly I did not have the chance to ask the staff about this issue due to my limited time).

Liked: The location was great , the man on the reception that helped us was so kind and respectful, the rooms were clean
Disliked: The rooms didn’t have any wardrobe and no safe , the shampoo bottles were empty in the baths , the room was not that convenient

Exceptional

Pleasant stay in a lovely...

Liked: The hotel is located within a 2-min walk from Wien Hauptbahnhof. Super silent at night though you can literally see railway tracks from your room and the road around it. The king bed is very comfy and you have a plenty of towels and a couple of hangers at your disposal. Receptionists are very helpful, check-out takes less than 10 seconds.
Disliked: The room floor feels a bit cold as there is no carpet so bring some slippers along! MTV was featured among TV channels but did not work in my room (no big deal).

Liked: Location is very convenient for a short stay near the main train station (5 minutes walk from the back side of it). Looks pretty clean and serviceable. The room was reasonably large and nice. Breakfast was quite good, plenty of choice. Tram stop is very close, and it gets you to the center (opera and such) in some 15 minutes.
Disliked: Room's furnishings are pretty basic and rather scarce. No real desk to work, not a single hanger, no closet, no drawers, no kettle or cups to drink. Certainly conveys an impression you are here for a short stay and are to leave soon. Not really convenient for more than a night or two, but is pretty good and handy for a short stay.

Liked: The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had everything I needed. The receptionist was super friendly and attentive. She really made a great impression.
