Disliked: Not a great stay. Wish I had chosen better. Soulless place. Uncomfortable lobby with odd furnishings that do not create any place to relax. Quite a bit further from the station. Rooms adequate. Bathroom mirror serves as window to bedroom... switch the light on and it lights up the bedroom. Bed sheets don't fit the bed. Shower pressure poor with no temperature regulation.

Good stay

Liked: The hotel is really close to the train station if you are able to get out on the right side of the station. Our train was delayed so we ended up getting to Vienna after 10pm. We exited the station on the opposite side of where we needed to go. It was dark and not a lot of people walking on the streets so we were a little scared because we got lost. Luckily, the few people we saw looked like regular citizens or tourists with luggage, no one scary. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. We had a king bed and we slept very well. Not a lot of hooks or space for storage, but there is a desk with a chair and a lamp, and a place to leave your suitcase so it is not in the way. Not a deal breaker but the soap was not replaced in the sink and there was no extra toilet paper so we had to go ask for a roll (they gave us 2). There is no safe in the room, but I didn't need one. I can't speak about the Wifi because it did not try to connect. Breakfast is included which is really appreciated. The food selection was good and there was plenty of food for the guests. All in all, it was a pleasant stay and would stay at this hotel again.
Disliked: At times the reception seems too busy for one person to handle. They stored my luggage after check-out and I came back in the afternoon to pick it up but there was only one person manning the reception and the bar. I waited patiently but then I had to 'rush' the staff to get my luggage because my cab was waiting outside and about to leave. There were a lot of empty glasses on the lobby tables when I left at noon and they were still there when I came back a couple of hours later.

It’s perfect if you’re traveling...

Liked: I didn’t try the breakfasts, as I wanted to explore different food options throughout my trip. However, the location was absolutely perfect for me — very close to both the train and bus stations, which saved me a lot of time getting around. The room was very clean and bright, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was despite being in the city. If location is important to you, this is an ideal choice!

Liked: It was a very pleasant experience. Staff was polite and supportive. Breakfasts were just perfect!
Disliked: I stayed in the hotel twice. At the last time, a window of the room faced the railway, so it was a bit noisy at times. Since I live in a small town where it’s always quiet, the sound of passing trains was a little distracting.Other than that, my stay at the hotel was excellent!
