Wonderful

Liked: Quiet location, bus stop just in front of the hotel safe place free bus , trum w/in Bern bed so comfortable big room only breakfast not much selection but it's not a big issue
Disliked: Nothing

Great stay! Big , comfortable...

Liked: A nice big, comfortable, quiet room that was close enough to the old town. Be warned it’s a bit of a walk up a large hill coming back but the view from the Rosegarden is worth the effort!
Disliked: A kettle and coffee maker would have been appreciated.

Awesome and comfortable.

Liked: Location and cleanliness. The staff were really polite and helpful. They did everything and did not hesitate at all to fulfill some of my requests. The lobby is also great if you want to work.
Disliked: No room service, which is a shame especially if you would like to order something late at night.

A beautiful break in Bern

Liked: Good location right by the Rosengarten. We definitely got a good workout walking up and down the hill into old town! Comfortable beds, quiet rooms and a good rooftop bar that overlooks the city. Also a good supermarket next door where we went to grab essentials a couple of times.
Disliked: Nothing!

Comfortable stay in chain hotel....

Liked: Location to Old Town was perfect! Room was very spacious and very funky!
Disliked: While not rude reception staff was not friendly or inviting.

Mixed feelings about the very...

Liked: We were given complimentary breakfast for 2 of our 3 days -really good, with buffet of meats, cheese and eggs as well as pancakes option and usual cereal, toast, croissants etc. The room was startlingly designed -very attractive, and bed comfortable (though only one pillow each until we asked for an extra) . Good outdoor seating and delightful rooftop garden for a drink and the fabulous views over to the Oberland. We had the free Bern transport app throughout our booking - very useful for the no 10 trolleybus into the city centre. and station.
Disliked: Self check in machines, they didn't work, Whatever happened to writing down your passport number instead of having to input it in a machine which then ate it. The staff member on duty had his work cut out but was very charming when he finally got to us.The TV didn't work, which was disappointing as we missed the home country winning the Eurovision Song ContestHowever, we were offered a complimentary breakfast each for both of these things, so it wasn't all bad.
