Liked: The reception staff were so helpful and welcoming and gave us a map with directions and ideas of where to go.Their English was very good. It was great to have parking underneath the hotel. The location was superb - we were about 5 minutes walk from the main square and felt very safe walking around past midnight.

Liked: The location is very handy and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and they looked after my luggage when I did check out.
Disliked: The bed was quite uncomfortable, could have had better pillows. The AC took a long time to cool down in the heat wave. The coffee machine in my room wasn't working. They said the room was soundproof but it was quite noisy. You could hear the neighbors and the train passing, even feel it because it made room tremble.

Liked: room condition is very good, super clean. Location is also very convenient with short distance to city center.
Disliked: breakfast is ordinary lack of hot food. It is nothing to complain considering price but I'd rather to pay more to get better breakfast
