Functional, practical with parking

Liked: Although the immediate area looked a bit dreary, the apartments are well situated to easily access almost everything a traveller would need in Montpellier, without being expensive. Parking and a lift (elevator) very handy. The Indian restaurant over the road was a very attractive and nice change from all the French food we've been eating.
Disliked: Would have appreciated some information / map of Montpelier (but tourist info centre walking distance). Would have appreciated a clothes washer or access/ info on laundromat

Very nice hotel. Would recommend...

Liked: Nice spacious room. Good lift and accessibility.Nice large balcony
Disliked: Balcony was attached to the public terrace where guests could spend time…and smoke. I could not spend time on my balcony, nor leave my doors open when others were on the terrace smoking as the smoke infiltrated my room. There was also a small walk way along my terrace that was accessible from the terrace so there were people walking along my balcony and able to see in my room.

Great spot, safe clean and...

Liked: Great location with onsite FREE secure parking - very close to center with an easy walk. Rooms are a good size and big double bed was comfy. Big shower, a/c is effective! Fridge in room. Staff v helpful & friendly
Disliked: I like blackout blinds : the room was light quite early

Unremarkable, centrally located hotel with...

Liked: Location: close to everything - Place de Comedie, Old Town, etc. Very friendly and helpful front desk personnel, and I even made the acquaintace of the manager (by chance) who was also very nice. There was no problem at all to keep the car in the garage quite a few hours after checkout. Otherwise, the hotel is unremarkable, but perfectly functional.
Disliked: A bit tricky to arrive at in a car, and the parking garage is the tightest I've ever encountered - not just the bays but the manoeuvring space. You get a digital code to drive in and out as you wish, but you can't go down to the underground garage directly - you need to stop at the reception and the receptionist will use a special key to allow the elevator to go down to Level -1.
