Good, and value for money.

Liked: Central location. Good breakfast. Very clean.
Disliked: Staff were a bit noisy at 07.30. Raised voices bordering on shouting.

Disliked: The costs for the hotel are high based on location for the races so understand this but in reality it operates as a pub so there no hospitality of what you expect when staying in a hotel

Fabulous stay

Liked: Amazing location, large beautiful room. Big bathroom with a huge bath! Great selection at breakfast, particularly considering that it was included in the price of the room. Very tasty. Friendly staff, very accommodating particularly with our toddler and responded quickly to any queries. Would definitely stay again and have recommended to others
