Great hotel; lovely staff; great location. Would highly recommend - a great place to stay and enjoy Liverpool.

Liked: Very clean room is big but the double rooms are small on ground level. Bathroom massive though.would stay again

Liked: Everything is just perfect, location is brilliant and the staff are so welcoming, I've stayed here a few times now and I've never been disappointed

Liked: Very central to Liverpool sites, 2 minutes from Lime Street The windowless room actually meant that I had a better nights sleep as the early daylight didn’t wake me up and the air con worked. Martin on reception was extremely helpful and friendly

Liked: After a long trip, I asked whether the room I had booked had a bath, it didn't, however he upgraded us to a room that had a bath. Due to my disability and the long weekend had had a bath was very much needed and - this was very nice of him, he didn't have to do that.
Disliked: nothing - wish we could have stayed longer. 7am flight meant a 5am pick up.
