Liked: The big windows in the room were lovely.
Disliked: The room was very warm and extremely loud being on a main road. I was expecting noise, its liverpool on a main road. What i wasn't aware of was that evening the road was closed for night-time road works... ALL night long. I just wish I was told about this beforehand or on arrival

Great hotel in central location.

Liked: Good central location, comfortable room with great facilities.
Disliked: Some late night roadworks outside but not the hotel’s fault.

Very quiet and cozy. AC...

Liked: The staff was amazing. Harry was wonderful and provided interesting places to see. My son would have talked all day with Harry about the Beatles all day. His new employee was just lovely and hospitable. You never would have known it was her first week there. The property has a dated charm to it. It's centralized where train station is within walking distance. There is plenty of eateries and near by shops to choose from.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like.
