Great hotel; lovely staff; great location. Would highly recommend - a great place to stay and enjoy Liverpool.

Disliked: No low points.

Some ones cut toe nails...

Disliked: Some ones cut toe nails still in the bed when we arrived, brown stains on the wall, lack of plug sockets.

Disliked: Stayed in many hotels in the City both for work and pleasure reasons, well worth the money for the standards and services.

Great spot in Liverpool.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and soo helpful. They could not have been lovelier! This is my second stay at Printwork. And I can see it becoming my go-to hotel in Liverpool. Martin (usually on night duties) was particularly helpful, in local knowledge and also with the hotel business as I have recently had some involvement in the industry. The rooms are clean and have all the basics. I would also recommend the breakfast.
Disliked: There is no lift, so you have to go up and down the stairs, but staff will help you with luggage if you ask.
