Disliked: Room with no windows, I knew what I was booking which was fine. Room was in the basement you could hear the underground train, you could hear every movement the guy upstairs made and the constant squeaking of the doors outside the room. Specs of paint on the head board of the bed and on the floor where they didn’t bother covering it when painting

Liked: Great location and fanatastic staff. They were awesome.
Disliked: The smell of mould and cigarette smoke in the room and corridor. The buildup on the shower nozzle was all black and pressure not great. The bed is well worn and if seated your bum hits the bottom of the base.

Disliked: No window meaning no fire exit. We had a child with us, couldn’t find the tv remote, teen was looking for the remand found opened condoms.
