Great hotel; lovely staff; great location. Would highly recommend - a great place to stay and enjoy Liverpool.

Liked: The decor is nice and modern.
Disliked: The extractor fan in the bathroom is too loud and can't be turned off. You can also hear the rumble of the trains coming and going. The pillows were like paper and the staff were very abrupt.

Disliked: This is the second time I have been to this hotel. They advertise their hotel as having an airconditioning but they have one inside the room but it just doesn’t work.

Liked: The location was as close as could be to the city centre
Disliked: The room wasn't how it was advertised, we ended up in a pod room and I believe the photos didn't match what I booked. Small cramped and too expensive for what we got.

Pleasant

Liked: Great location, right in the city centre. Stayed in a triple room which was a good size and beds were fairly comfy.
Disliked: I think the staff on reception thought they were prison wardens and were rather grumpy!

Liked: Location was ok but we didn’t stay in the hotel, we literally left 10 mins after arriving in the room. Absolute disgrace. I want my money back.
Disliked: Stinks of weed. Staff rude. Not clean. Bed sheets were stained. Mould all the way round the bath. Paid £233 for a 2 night stay, I didn’t stay. Was given room 104 and it looked like it was a place for a party! Beds were dipped, could feel the boards. Bath was dirty and mouldy. This was an upgrade apparently!Then was given 108 which was what looked like one of the photos on your site but it was disgusting, stains on the duvet, mould around the bath. The dip in the bed you could feel the board underneath. Wall paper on wall coming off and sellotaped back on. Absolute awful hotel, we left and didn’t stay and I will be calling customer services for a refund. STAY HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Great location but very basic...

Liked: Staff were very friendly and the location was excellent.
Disliked: The room was very small, windlowless, basic minimal furniture, quite spartan, and completely not worth the price paid for it. It also did not include breakfast.
