Liked: Excellent location. Really helpful staff. Nice to have tea and coffee available all day.
Disliked: I was a little disappointed by some of the furniture choices in the room. The space to hang up your clothes was short, so my dresses didn’t fit, and there was no place to put my soap or shampoo in the shower, so I ended up putting it on the floor.

Liked: There were super friendly staff. And modern self-service + excellent idea "the big portal" of virtual communication. And I liked the garden with fantastic blooming trees. Thank you for coffee. tee option. Great location because the hotel is on quiet street and between city center and park.
Disliked: There were specific aroma in room which I personally didn't like. but it is question of taste. And it feels that hotel is a bit old (e.g. bathroom)

Comfortable stay in a good...

Liked: Good location, close to the museum quarter. Great Indonesian restaurant, Kartika, nearby on Overtoom. Friendly, helpful staff. Room was clean and well-presented.
Disliked: Room was very small. Bathroom door didn’t shut.

Liked: Great location, comfortable bed, helpful receptionist and hologram service. Breakfast was ok. A little garden that looked as very nice to sit in (at the time of my stay it was too cold to have that opportunity)
