Good hotel but for a...

Liked: The property is at a nice location. It’s lovely. Very close to city centre. Bus stop is next to the hotel and within 200-300 Meters are the metro
Disliked: There is very less Value for money. For the cost they charge. They hardly provide anything. Monotonous breakfast with very limited options

Liked: excellent location, great breakfast. we had junior suite, very nice and spacious

Liked: The hotel feels more like a 4-star hotel, just without the amenities. Seems refurbished. The Staff is friendly, and the cleaning staff is attentive. I always returned to a clean and made-up room, even though I left at random times of the day.The Hotel is in a top location with multiple metro lines close by. The Breakfast buffet is nice and has all the essentials, but the selection is nothing to write home about, either.Lovely roof terrace as well, which doesn't seem advertised in the pictures?Overall, I could see myself staying here again.
Disliked: The rooms themselves seemed noise-isolated, but the same could not be said about the room door. It is one of those doors that might as well not have been there. I could hear everything happening in the hallway, which is not suitable for me as a light sleeper. I was so glad for my noise-cancelling headphones during my stay

Caring staff and great location.

Liked: The receptionists are very helpful, caring, and polite. My room had a fantastic view of the palace. The location is close to two metro stations and many attractions. It’s 10 minutes away from Gran Via. They have a rooftop garden for relaxing.
Disliked: They can add a mini cafe to serve coffee and wine. But I used the electric kettle and the fridge in the room.
