Great location and facility -...

Liked: Great location near the Palace and easy walking distance to other areas. All staff we spoke with were friendly and helpful. Room was exactly what we needed. Good breakfast location too.

Great location but hotel feels...

Liked: Location is exceptional, very close to all major tourist atractions.Staff was very friendly and helped us with good local tips.
Disliked: Hotel looks renovated but still looks old. Room is not that confortable, fits only basic needs and doesnt look like on a picture.

Great location with good value...

Liked: The location near the plaza España and Royal palace is really great. There is also a great playground nearby (for those who travel with kids).
