Disappointing, poor service and expensive
Disliked: Hotel was poorly understaffed Breakfast was 2 1/2 hours late to the room No maid arrived to clean the room

Great potential but if your...
Liked: Hotel looks stunning inside. Staff were friendly and breakfast very good.
Disliked: Five star hotel and no AC is very poor. The fan they provide was about as powerful as a child blowing out birthday candles. Usual rip off for drinks

Fab hotel in a perfect...
Liked: All was fab however it was £15 per day to park for residents and at the price per night I think it should have been included...however still a lovely hotel which I would recommend to all
Disliked: The doors bang greatly and nothing you do can stop it

Liked: Location and downstairs appearance was very nice
Disliked: The reception staff are too thinly spread its a nightmare trying to get hold of anyone, The room was awful stayed for two nights barely got any sleep as the heat in the room was ridiculous One fan that didnt do much and had to prop open a window to save me and my partner from cooking not a very pleasent stay very overpriced for the size of the room and not a good experience i have lodged a formal complaint because the room condtions were unacceptable I understand the hotel advertises that it does not have AC but its about time they thought about it as you dont pay a good price to sit and sleep in what feels like a sauna. To conclude i would seriously consider staying elsewhere if i were you the hotel itself is well presented from the outside and in the downstairs areas. But the room i had was rather dated the frame in my window was splitting so it was a danger every time i had to prop it open but as i said with the fan alone we would of fainted so had no choice. Staff coverage could be better managed if you use your telephone to phone down as i did for room service be prepared to walk down when no one answers, and even then you will probably find a queue. I understand sometimes everyone can have an off experience at a hotel but from standing in reception you would soon hear a number of complaints from other customers so it sounds like there are a number of issues here. Looks the part but thats where it ends!!!!!

Loved our stay, just wish...
Liked: The staff were lovely, the location was perfect, the garden infront of hotel are great for our dog.Everyone was so helpful.
Disliked: I wish there was aircon in the room+ More time could have been take to refill the condiments ( tea,coffee ect) as it looked like it was really rushed.
