Liked: The room look just like the pictures, the pool was large, food a the tiki bar was good, especially the wings! Breakfast was good also. Highly recommend this resort for a family vacation with kids!

Liked: Clean, great food & drinks, VERY NICE BEACH, not as crowded as OC proper .
Disliked: We did not realize from the photos or information that the pool was indoors. Great pool but wished it was outside.

Great family get away

Liked: Location and friendly staff. Check in was easy. We were very pleased with our room location and view. Parking very convenient and free. Near many great restaurants a grocery store and mini golf
Disliked: Difficulty with air conditioning keeping up in room. It got pretty warm a couple of nights. More stocked room would have been helpful. Housekeeping was happy to restock but hated to bother them. Ie. more than 4 towels would have been nice. So much sand is carried in despite rinsing at beach that extra towels and or a small broom would have been appreciated.

Liked: i liked the location. The staff was mostly nice.
Disliked: Well when i arrived there was a number of issues with my room that i documented in pics. I let the staff know since they deducted 100$ of incidentals. When i mentioned the issues they did not document them themselves so i’ll see if i ever get my 100$ back. Plus it begs the reason why are you taking 100$ if you don’t fix the things that are broken. My girlfriend stayed down the hall who has a special needs son i let the staff at the counter know that we would need maybe 15 to 20 minutes extra to possibly get her out past the 11am time frame. They both in unison said no sir that is unacceptable we can’t we are fully booked. I replied with well she has a special needs child and we may need the time and the cleaners will need to wait. They were both quite i then went back up to help came back down asked for the bag man to help. He told me 5 minutes so i rushed upstairs scrambling to get everything together with her which we did then waited 20 minutes for the bag man. There where other issues first day i was there saw pizza crust sitting on top of the fire hydrant i literally let it sit there till 6th day till i threw it out. The hotel halls smelled of weed. Being carded for buying 2 drinks at once for 2 adults when everyone saw who i was there with and the age of my kids so having to make 2 trips to the bar to get the license when we are both nearly 40 and have been carded multiple times already.

Liked: Family suite was nice. It was right on the ocean. Clean and comfortable
Disliked: Beach gets very crowded and it can be loud at night. It was expensive.

Liked: I enjoyed how comfortable and clean the rooms were. The staff was very friendly and beyond helpful. This is definitely one of the best places I've stayed at on any beach.
