Overpriced, sketchy hotel guests

Disliked: The hotel had sketchy clientele which I will not hold against the hotel but what I will hold against the hotel is the blatant disregard for an altercation that occurred right in front of the front desk where a hotel guest verbally attacked another guest without any grounds and hotel staff did not interfere nor did the remove the guest/or give a warning of some sort. Also, there was a line almost out of the door on a busy weekend and nobody cared to assist at the front desk.
