Loved the hot pools and...

Liked: The on site thermal mineral pools were outstanding as well as the value for money breakfast. The staff were very helpful and cleaning staff very friendly.
Disliked: The hotel was a little tired and needed some TLC, Overall very clean and safe.

Liked: As expected a historic room and hotel. Met expectations with good sized room. Warm room. Clean and tidy.
Disliked: TV could have been better positioned to allow watching it in bed.

Liked: Beautiful period hotel in a perfect location with restaurant and bar and lovey ambience.
Disliked: Rooms were very small and dated, they needed updating.

Liked: Very central. Great room service
Disliked: Expecting to stay in the old hotel but ended up in adjacent apartments..Hot pools weren’t appealing

Liked: Great location I forgot my shirts and staff rang me to inform me I left in cupboard, they then stored them for few days till I was travelling through town again
Disliked: Very noise in morning’s with other guests and kitchen starting up, old hotel so thin wallsShower had absolutely no pressure at allAnd some strange reason thier was a pipe running through bedroom with extremely hot water in it along floor ,burn yourself if touch it and made bedroom very hot, needed a/c on at nite even though outside 14c

Disliked: Bar closed before 10. Double bed was against a wall on one side which was awkward and inconvenient.
