Great location in Honolulu

Liked: A very nice location with excellent amenities. We enjoyed being across from Ala Wai Boat Harbor. Nice infinity pool. Staff were excellent and even allowed us to check in early after getting in from a cruise. Quick Uber ride to just about anywhere you wanted to go in Waikīkī.
Disliked: Loud music at the pool. Not a fan of the DJ. Also guests who couldn’t read the sign that you had to be 16 or older to use infinity pool. Guests also left trash around the pool that the wind eventually started blowing around all over. A staff member should routinely police the pool area. Look in Ala Wai harbor at the debris.

Bed was uncomfortable to sleep...

Disliked: The air con wasn’t working even window we’re closed and locked, I didn’t like that there’s noBalcony at the room, size we’re too small for the amount I paid for a day…

Great hotel away from the...

Liked: Quick response to getting us a better coffee machine. Daily housekeeping. Coffee shop was great for quick breakfast with good coffee.
Disliked: Music at pool bar was too loud for older folk.

Liked: Location was good, close to the everything but still quite and the stuff was nice and helpful.There is a nice coffee place in the hotel.
Disliked: The room was clean but when I looked at the carpet it was pieces of food so it was obviously that they didn’t vacuum the carpet.
