Even though the room was quite small I enjoyed my stay very much and I would return if I get the chance. Overall a very nice time.

Liked: The proprieter and staff were polite and easy to talk to.
Disliked: The toilet area was a bit small.

We arrived 30 minutes before our check in time and were shown straight to our room. After travelling for 2.5 hours I really wanted a coffee, and there was a kettle in the room which was a bonus. The iron and ironing board was great - saved me having to walk to reception like a lot of chain hotels. The bed was comfy and the shower was lovely - no hot and cold water, just hot water straight away! The rooms were quiet, no street noise which I was expecting. The breakfast wasn't amazing but I wouldn't knock it. The coffee wasn't nice - it tasted like it had been stood for a while, and probably had been, as we came down half an hour before breakfast would finish. I would have preferred instant coffee instead of stale coffee. The food was nice but I would have preferred more options. All in all a good hotel for the price and I will be staying here again, should I ever come to the O2 again - the location is great if you're going there - 5 minutes on the tube!

Liked: The staff were super helpful and accommodating to any request. I requested a larger airy room and got just that which I’m so grateful for and they walked me back and forth to the parking space when I would come back late at night. It felt very safe which as a young female alone was important for me. The bed was so comfortable. I thought because I was facing the street it would be noisy but with the window shut you really can’t hear anything so I had the best sleep. I love how many lighting options there were and plug sockets not like many other hotels. The bathroom and bedroom were very clean and the rainfall shower was 10/10.
Disliked: There was an odd smell in the bathroom which the extractor fan helped with slightly but it must have been drainage problem. I didn’t report this to the reception but I’m sure they would have helped if they knew.

Liked: The staff were extremely friendly, the rooms were exceptionally clean and it was good value for money. With a small private car park, a seriously hidden gem. If we're ever attending an event at the excel we will certainly be staying there again, really pleased with the venue x
