Be careful of which rooms...

Liked: Good location
Disliked: I travelled with family, we booked 3 different rooms and my husband and I had the nicer of the rooms. The other 2 rooms we later found out were budget rooms but they had paid a higher rate for them, smelled of cigarette smoke and the furniture and bathroom were nothing like the pictures online. The doonas a so thin and beds were rock hard. The staff definitely tried their best to move my family to better rooms but for the price that was paid to have some family members sleep on a sofa bed it was a bit disappointing.

Would be better with hot...

Liked: Good spot. Have stayed here before on the ground floor and was happy.
Disliked: No hot water. No heating: Offered a refund by the staff but didn’t receive it.
