Liked: the beds were good and clean.
Disliked: everything was noisy in the room, and none of the tap water was working properly. The door was very noisy. also, I believe the pictures were different from the real room.

Disliked: Upon arrival there was no hot water at all for the spa and we specifically booked the spa room. The photos of the property on booking.com are obviously outdated as the room was much more dated than it looks online. The bathroom was dark even though there was a light which dimly lit the bathroom. The spa is dated and the enamel on the bottom was very dirty and when having a hot spa which has to be taken at 4am to get hot water the bath became slimy! We were given a tiny unsealed bottle of milk, obviously a bit of a health regulation violation, there was not adequate biscuits, or any body wash offered only one tube of shampoo and conditioner between two people. There was no water or ice provided in the fridge - overall we would’ve expected much more for the money we paid!
