Liked: Iconic and great location!

Our stay was a relaxing...

Liked: I thought the location on the lake was lovely, and was our dinner and breakfast. The staff was so friendly. I enjoyed being shown to our room, although I wasn't sure if I was supposed to tip (I would have said no to being shown to our room if a tip was expected but it all happened so fast and I didn't have any Canadian money). The main lounge area was very pretty as well.
Disliked: I wish the gift shop had Christmas ornaments that said Prince of Wales. I would have bought one of one was there.

Overall an awesome stay!

Liked: This was a part of our Canadian Rockies trip and the town of Waterton blew us away! It was our favorite! The vibe was just so chill. The hotel is simply beautiful and the location overlooking the lake is breathtaking. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and both were great. The staff was very courteous and friendly.
Disliked: We were slightly late leaving the room as we had a late breakfast. I understand that the hotel was sold out and the rooms need to be turned asap but we were rushed out of the rooms and that felt a little off since check-in for the next guest would be hours away with plenty of time to clean and ready the room.

Liked: The site is majestic and the view was a beautiful.
Disliked: A little small and rooms were warm. It is a botique hotel and is what it was for the time period when it was built. It has been well naintained. Outside chairs to look at the view would also be nice.

Liked: The quaint nature of the hotel, and its accessibility to all the activity areas of Waterton were great as always!
