Great historic hotel

Liked: The location and building were perfect, the staff were lovely, the room was beautifully decorated.
Disliked: The mattress was not comfortable, it had large indentations on both sides. The door knobs were very squeaky, which is just a basic maintenance oversight.

Liked: Great location. Staff were wonderful. Loved the Church hill lounge !
Disliked: It’s not so much what we didn’t like , it has more to do with the fact the property needs so care . Pillars out side by the parking lot are rotten and need painting . We didn’t pay full price so that’s ok , however we would stay at regular price until the property was cared for better.

Liked: The room was lovely if not overpriced.
Disliked: No usb ports for charging phones. They charge an extra 19.95 resort fee. For the price of the room this feels like a cash grab. Especially since the rooms are not up to date for technology.
