Reasonably comfortable, but disappointed with...

Liked: Comfortable bed, good breakfast, pleasant staff, centrally located in town.
Disliked: Advertised as ‘with kitchenette’ - this was a dirty microwave in a communal corridor. No crockery, no cutlery (only 1 teaspoon, and a couple of mugs in the room). No hairdryer. Entry smelled of cigarette smoke.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable. The meal we had at the restaurant was very good. Breakfast was ok. Was disappointed in the coffee. Was expecting better than instant coffee. I should have done my homework better. The fact that there was no lift made it a little bit difficult. My husband is using a cane or a walker. I battled with the luggage up and down the stairs.
Disliked: The fact that there are no lift or help with luggage.

Great location with friendly service...

Liked: Lovely staff who accommodated every request. I liked the breakfast (included in the price). Fantastic location.
Disliked: A broken towel rail in the bathroom could easily be replaced.

Liked: Great Staff. Its an old pub but the rooms are very clean and tidy
Disliked: The Walls are thin!
