Liked: The location of the hotel is perfect, the entrance and the welcoming staff are very friendly. I also liked the lobby of the hotel.
Disliked: The Check In and Check out process were very long, and the receptionist was asking us a lot of questions (trying to make a conversation as per her training) which were a bit too investigative and they made us uncomfortable. I prefer fast check in, fast check out, polite courtesy pep talk that's all. The room is very dark, operating the lights is extremely complicated as they are using an old system. the amount of light in the room makes it impossible to work or to see properly your baggage content for example. We ordered feather pillows that were obviously not refreshed, so they kind of smelled. The sink to wash hands / face is extremely small which will make the morning routine very messy splashing all around you - the shower cabin is very small, I am a big sized man, I was hardly able to move.

Victims of a gouge because...

Disliked: Ripped off on rates as it was the olympics. The hotel made no effort to facilitate watching olympics. Had to go to 4 Seasons next door.
