Liked: The children were given a room on to the back of the hotel so it was very quiet. The coffee at breakfast was good.
Disliked: Our room looked over the road, the restaurant terrace and the lounge, so it was not possible to open the windows. The A/C worked, except that one of the thermostats continually reset itself to 25C and the room became too hot. Although smoking is forbidden in the hotel itself, there are opportunities to smoke right in front of the hotel and on the terrace. The smoke drifts into the rooms and for non-smokers the rooms smell of smoke.The carpets in the rooms and corridors are stained and should be deep cleaned. The bread rolls at breakfast were not fresh, probably from the day before.

Good location, but quite basic...

Liked: The location of the hotel was quite good. Though outside of the city center, it was well connected with public transportation. The area seemed very safe. The room was spacious and no noise disturbances from the street or neighbors. The beds were quite comfortable.
Disliked: Though the hotel itself looks modern and well organized, the room was a bit disappointing, especially considering the price per night. I'm not very picky, but I do expect a basic level of cleanliness. At least from a perceptual point of view, the room did not seem clean. The carpet was relatively dirty, and there were a substantial number of dirty patches and spots. The hair dryer was very sticky. The staff was nice and respectful, but they did not enquire about the quality of our stay.
