The best hotel I have...

Liked: A very warm welcome from the staff with a fave star rooms Fabulous food and drink had a steak and breakfast here
Disliked: No reception after the bar Restaurant closes. A friend left key in room got locked out, out of hours No emergency contact

Great location, comfortable stay

Liked: Great location next to the river and a lot of buzz (bars/restaurants). Comfortable room, easy parking in the area.
Disliked: The balcony is more of a 'French Balcony' (30cm deep) so you can't really sit on it. Breakfast is available (a la carte) from 8am. Which is too late for me visiting for business. Can't say anything about the quality though since I didn't make use of it.

Extremely expensive “tap” water !!!

Liked: Location was excellent. Two minutes from banks of Rhine and restaurants & bars. Quality of room was excellent. Very comfortable bed. Excellent shower. Good air con but locked and limited to no lower than 19C. Great service. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Water charged at excessive prices. A JUG OF TAP WATER CHARGED AT C. €7.50 !!!!! No one mentioned this when we ordered water for our room or breakfast. Rip-off pricing.
