Preston Hotel

Staff were amazing - had such a great time! Food was great. Rooms were very big. Breakfast was fresh with a wide range of cereals and toast; full english breakfast as well.

Disliked: No breakfast or evening meal. No bar.No staff on site.Noisy people in the chalets drinking outside until gone 1am every night.Totally inconsiderate I had work and a couse with exams.Probably failed due to lack of sleep

Disliked: As soon as we opened the door of the hotel you could small a really bad odour and everywhere in the property. Our rooms were top floor and mid floor. The stairs to go up in the top floor were so tiny and noisy , thought that we were going to brake the flooring. When we entreated the rooms , there was small of mold. We couldn’t stay there because of the small and didn’t look clean. We were travelling with 3 little ones. We left as soon as we checked the rooms. We had to look for another hotel, even though it was late and the kids were really tired. I did sent an email to the property but no one did care to answer. Waist of money and time. Stressful experience!!

Liked: Location was good. Parking free.
Disliked: The bed and pillows were horrible. Definitely need to upgrade this. While it didn’t bother us it might pay to note that you have to walk up and carry luggage up flights of stairs. If your on the 3rd floor like us then the staircase is super narrow
