Preston Hotel

Staff were amazing - had such a great time! Food was great. Rooms were very big. Breakfast was fresh with a wide range of cereals and toast; full english breakfast as well.

Disappointed

Liked: The booking said breakfast included but after the confirmation I received an email saying that breakfast is not included.
Disliked: Mattress was super bad.

Pleasant stay

Liked: It was clean and well presented outside and as well as the bedroom & bathroom which were well equipped.
Disliked: Socket not near enough to plug in phone and keep on bedside table. Towels could have been larger.
