Very happy visit in Vernon.

Liked: Helped us when we left another hotel in a hurray as it was very disgusting! We were travelling with 3 kids and a dog. Hotel was very clean and accommodating to our requests.We learned that you get what you pay for.

Liked: Loved the indoor pool & plants! The bar was closed down in the atrium, but we went to the attached bar which had magnificent food & good service. We had an indoor patio which was so soothing with the plant smells and the soft noise from the pool. We didn't spend much time in Vernon, but the location seemed decent. And it was easy to find and leave the next morning. Staff also let us in early so we didn't have to waste 2 hours waiting for our room, much appreciated!

Liked: The location is next to a friend’s residence and walkable to down town
Disliked: The rooms can be noisy because of kids running in the hallway or playing in the atrium pool. Most rooms front the pool

Disliked: It would be nice if the pool hours included some time for older kids and adults. Way too many young ones, making all kinds of noise. The pillows need to be tossed, they are awful. The remote didn't work, and the bathroom fan made a lot of noise but didn't do anything. The price is too high for what you get. Should be 1/2 of what we paid.
