Stay here all the time....

Disappointing

Liked: Location is good
Disliked: I feel like because I have a pet I get the low end rooms, smell like a wet dog, furniture scratched and in ill repair, no art work, dirty.

Great hotel and location

Liked: Very clean,nice pool and hotub
Disliked: Pop machines not working

Exceptional

Surprisingly excellent

Liked: We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at the Prestige. The breakfast was great, clean updated rooms and facilities. Pool was small but enjoyable during our stay. Very central location close to everything. We would not hesitate to stay here again!
Disliked: My only complaint is there wasn't any shampoo. Only body wash and conditioner.

Beds are really uncomfortable

Liked: The hotel facilities are good, especially pool and gym. The room are spacious and well equipped.
Disliked: Unfortunately the beds in our room were horrible. The mattresses were so worn out and soften, with a “hole” in the middle that made impossible to stay each one in his/her side of the bed. When one was moving a toe, the entire mattress was moving with the springs. That made our night really uncomfortable. First time we experienced that in a hotel!

Superb

Liked: Excellent, safe feeling location. Breakfast is great. Staff is welcoming, beds are soft and comfortable.
Disliked: Annoys me when I have to get the best price off the internet and prove to hotel check in. (Cannot get the best price just walking in.) Overall, excellent.
