Pleasent

Liked: I really enjoyed the location and space. We had forgotten something and they held it for us to pick up 2 days after. The Shampoo they use is amazing! Need to know the brand!

It was a comfy room....

Liked: The room was nice, restaurant was good, we had dinner there 1 evening. Beds were comfortable. Hallways were roomy and welcoming. the suite is our preferred, due to high allergies, it is hard to eat out.
Disliked: The room was warm or cold, hard to get it comfy.We were right above the pool /slides, it was loud.I had no idea there would be teams of kids, I wish they would be seperated from regular, no kid rooms. The kids decided on saturday around 7pm to start playing knock, knock on room doors, They would run up the stairs and start knocking on the 2 rooms closest to the stairs. After 3 incidents/knocks we decided to scare them. They did not come back. TOO bad their parents weren't watching them.

Pleasant stay

Liked: Breakfast room was great friendly server, he was overly busy that day so he was not able to be more observant to the customers.
Disliked: The bed could be a queen instead of a large double

Liked: I loved everything.
Disliked: The beds we’re harder and the pillows flat, the complaint was from me, not my family!

Poor

Disliked: I got a very bad hot tub rash my doctor has me on 3 differnt prescriptions to get rid of it, they said it's from dirty uncleaned and unmaintend hot tubs.

Pleasant

Liked: Everything was clean.
Disliked: The hot tub was not hot. They have a very strange rule where an employee must supervise children using the slide into the pool. This greatly reduced the amount of enjoyment that my children and I got out of the pool facility. A random man watching your family in the pool is unnerving.

Liked: It was clean and at good location

Superb

Liked: The pool and hot tub facilities are nice, beds were comfy, tv was large, and the over city views at night are as nice back drop
Disliked: The restaurant at the the hotel has an awesome menu, however our stay most things we wanted were "off the menu" so that was unfortunate but not a trip ender
