Liked: Location, Facilities and Service!!!

Clean, quiet, nice location reasonably...

Liked: Very close to where we needed to be, reasonably priced.
Disliked: We went to a restaurant for breakfast since the included breakfast consisted of only cereal and prepackaged danish.

Liked: close to campus
Disliked: hair dryer didn’t work, light didn’t work, ac was loud, no plugs by bed,

It fitted our purpose for...

Liked: Everything was as other previous guest stated in their comments. Rooms were clean, small but did not smell bad. HVAC unit was mounted in the wall and was loud but it kept the room cool on a warm evening. We stayed one night and it is about the best deal for lower cost in the area. Close to area restaurants and fast food.
Disliked: I would have liked a little bigger bed. A quieter HVAC unit.

Good enough if you don't...

Liked: It was a relatively inexpensive option.
Disliked: Small small small room and loud air, needs an update. Very weird, outdated bathroom but a lot of space in the bathroom, not the bedroom. A little far from the festival we were attending. Hotels are expensive around there maybe because of the University.

Liked: The place was clean, water works worked well. Decent size. Quiet.
Disliked: The guy at the counter was new and overcharged me for my room and thought the price was correct. The air conditioner didn't work well at all. I went and asked if I could switch rooms, and he said I couldn't. Then I told him one of the square windows was broken, so I stuffed some towels in it to stop the 90°+ heat feom coming in, he said he would ask the people that run the place about switching me to a different room, he said he would knock on my door whenever he got a response from them. The knock never happened. On top of all that, my key kept on getting deactivated somehow, and I had to keep going to the office to have it activated again so I could get in my room. The bathroom didn't have a door knob. This was just an overall, bad stay. Normally, there are no problems, but this stay sucked. I forgot to take pictures but it wasn't good.

Ok and money worth for...

Liked: Loved the price! Foe one night, was ok.
Disliked: Small beds, the AC wall unit was extremely loud!!!
