Superb

Liked: The area was very quiet and clean with a great beach front.
Disliked: Not able to get an ocean front view Room very disappointed.

Exceptional

Liked: Very nice hotel. Clean. Beach access
Disliked: Breakfast is just bagels, cereal, and coffee. No eggs, ham, sausage

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay....

Liked: The view in the morning was spectacular and the walk to the beach was easy. It was great having the beach chairs and umbrellas included with the cost of the room.
Disliked: More breakfast choices, such as non dairy creamer for coffee and maybe hard boiled eggs.

Liked: The location was great, the public areas were kept clean, the pool was cleaned every day, and the staff was attentive. My room had everything needed for cooking. The place is very quiet and safe to go with children
Disliked: I rented two rooms, one was #219 and the other was #302. Room #219 had very little lighting; it only had one light in the kitchen and two small lamp lights in the bedroom, which didn’t provide much illumination. On the other hand, room #302 was better maintained and had very good lighting. In addition to the lamp lights, it had wall lights and a ceiling light.

Nice stay for the price.

Liked: The room was very comfortable. Decorated really nice and simple. The kitchen has everything you need.
Disliked: One coffee pack a day is not enough but I always bring my own coffee and pot, so it was a nonissue. We had a corner room so the balcony is a joke. Barely just enough room for two people. The walk to the beach is not too bad, but the sand is extremely hot to walk on. The pool is blocked off by some kind of blue screen so there is absolutely no view at all. The room was clean but the shower tiles need bleach. We were in third floor and there is no elevator.

A lovely location and polite...

Liked: We enjoyed the lovely beachfront location; it was pristine & relaxing (all you could hear was the ocean which was perfect); providing beach towels, loungers, and umbrellas at no extra cost also greatly facilitate the stay! Prestige employs a conscientious staff willing to assist wherever they can and is quiet in the evening (perfect for a getaway). We found the size of the room and kitchenette comfortable with flatware, cutlery, glassware, and other items in the kitchenette as well as an iron/board and in-room safe anticipate guests’ needs.
Disliked: Parking is a bit awkward since you need to back out into the street, but given the limited space I’m not sure that can be remedied. Something I found lacking was the minimal bathroom toiletries. For example, hair conditioner is needed (it doesn’t make sense to only have shampoo); shower gel or a second bar soap should also be included for guests. Unfortunately, I noticed that our fitted bedsheet was stained in some spots: it was freshly washed, but it had a few dark stains (could be juice or wine) that must have not come out in the wash. I do wish to stress that overall, we enjoyed our stay and will happily return!
