Superb

It was just what was...

Liked: I liked that Prestiage hotel was right on the beach and they offered beach chairs and umberellas. It was very quiet and clean.
Disliked: The parking was alittle tight. Only one way in and out.

Liked: The location of the hotel was perfect. Right on Ocean Drive, walk down the trail to the beach, Beach chairs, umbrellas & towels included. There is a grill on the patio deck to use. The rooms are spacious. Very clean & neat. Nice kitchen, coffee maker & coffee included. The beds were very comfortable, & lots of extra pillows. The soft robes are a nice touch. Parking is so convenient, we were parked right next to our room.
Disliked: I can't think of one thing we didn't like at this hotel.

Liked: The location is perfect! Lounge chairs and umbrellas are provided at no charge. The outdoor seating area is beautiful. They provide a nice grab and go breakfast. It is very quiet there. We have stayed here several times.
Disliked: We stayed an extra night and had to change rooms, which was fine, but the bathroom in the 2nd room smelled of mold and there was mold around the window in the kitchen (room 213). That was the only issue.

Liked: Clean, quiet, on the beach. Convenient on the go breakfast. Umbrellas and loungers provided. Beautiful beach, not crowded.
Disliked: Room air conditioner did not cool the room and the humidity level was high. Everything was a bit damp in the room, so we had to open the door to the room and the windows to get some cross-flow air to dry out the air in the room. Informed the desk when we left, but they were unconcerned. Desk person said "everything is humid here, we are by the sea. We have to replace the AC units every 6 months".Really? I live in SW Florida, on a saltwater canal and our AC works just fine.
