A perfect location to explore...

Liked: The location was perfect for getting to where we needed to go.
Disliked: Beds were slightly soft, but still comfortable.

Very spacious room, comfortable beds,...

Liked: Lovely staff, very helpful, room was very clean, and cool when we arrived.
Disliked: This place is a little on the pricey side, but the comfortable beds, spacious and clean room helped make up for the costIt would have been better if the fridge was on a small side table, I had to get onto the floor to put our groceries and drinks into the fridge.

Liked: Location perfect, staff VERY POLITE, quiet so delighted with the room prepared I noticed the thoughtful 'little things 'that where done from the desk to the room

Good Location & Good Value

Liked: Convenient, well priced, beds comfortable, air conditioning great, had essentials in the room.
Disliked: Insulation not good, very noisy when neighbour's flushed toilet & showered.Signage: Outside lots of doors no sign for Hotel Lobby.Inside again lots of doors nodirectional signs.No pens/paper in room. No menu for restaurant. No information about Vernon in room.Also Green discount voucher should be for # of nights booked. 2 night stay two vouchers. Not one.
