It's the little things

Liked: Staff helpful and friendly. Beds comfortable.
Disliked: Very noisey and kids running around halls. Man yelling at kids to come to bed and be quiet. LaCrois team and we were in the middle of kids.Lousey coffee in Morning.No information in room as to where things were in hotel. Desk said something g about QR code . Did not find and certainly not senior friendly. Could get phones on WIFI but not computer. It would not accept code given.???

Our stay was great, everything...

Disliked: Had to ask to have a light replaced in the bathroom, had to get a new coffee pot and the bathroom fan sounded like a jet plane. I believe these things were just not seen by house keeping I believe only the light would be something they would notice. I did not report the bathroom fan. I should have.

Spacious loft room perfect for...

Liked: The loft room was perfect for our teen and us. We really enjoyed the extra high ceilings and space.
