Nice Place But Queen Beds...

Liked: Proximity to stores across street. Easy to get in & out from road. Staff very friendly & efficient.
Disliked: Beds! I was there the week previous and had a king suite which was great. The bed was very comfortable. The queens this time were VERY soft. To the point it affected my sleep. Whenever I changed position it was a big effort to lift myself out of the sunken section. The guest service rep was very apologetic at checkout and reported they were new mattresses. The shower drain was loose and the opening beneath was poorly cut out and quite large so it would have been possible to injur oneself.

LOUD, Dated Motel,

Liked: The location was great, the hotel was relatively clean and we like the pool/hot tub.
Disliked: Booked a 2 bedroom executive suite in the HOTEL but ended up in a dated ground floor MOTEL. It was so loud with all the vehicles from the road and parking lot right outside our old windows that let in all the noise, I barely slept for two days. The suite is also in need of a refresh, the cabinets, floor are quite beaten up and the leather island chairs are peeling like crazy which sends black pieces all over our clothes and the floor. I will never stay in a Prestige hotel again.
