Lovely place to stay

Liked: Lovely space and outdoor surroundings. Great restaurant downstairs. Really nice pool and spa. Rooms were very spacious. Great place to stay and we wish we had more time there.

Liked: Welcoming at reception, friendly staff, great location by the bird sanctuary, very quiet even though the hotel was full.

My go to hotel as...

Liked: Lovely view and great rooms. My go to place when driving from Calgary to Vancouver!
Disliked: Other guests were noisy at night we stayed and when we informed the from desk they did not do anything to ask the noisy guests to quiet down.

Disliked: There are no slippers provided in the room.

A nice little resort property...

Liked: Great location in downtown Salmon Arm which is a lovely little community with funky restaurants within walking distance. The room was big and comfortable with a nice huge tub.
Disliked: As the place wasn't full it would have been nice to have a room that looked at the lake instead of the parking lot.
