Filthy room and rude staff

Disliked: When we arrived we were informed that the hotel had rented all the parking spots to concert goers. Same concert we were there for. They claimed they told us we needed to reserve a spot. Not true. After paying $80 to park, we entered the room and there was a horrible smell of urine and mold and bleach. Then we saw the huge yellow stain in the middle of the comforter.

Liked: Everything was lovely. Easy check in and great communication with host.

Liked: The room was comfortable especially the bed. The decor was fun and it's nice to have a pool. The location was great for wandering around downtown.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have the hottub heated.

Liked: This really felt like a home away from home. The size of the property makes it really manageable and comfortable. The staff is very kind and helpful. It's a two-block walk to everything (restaurants, waterfront), but is far enough away to feel quiet and peaceful. The pool is great. The hot tub is great. The shower and bed were great. The grab-and-go breakfast items were great in a pinch. The key code entry was easy. I would happily return!!
Disliked: There was an extra chair in the room (brown room) that was in the way sometimes.

Cute hotel, reasonably priced, great...

Liked: Location was great, hotel was cute and boutique.Surprised to have pool and workout room in such a small venue. Decor was beautifully retro.very cute for couple.
Disliked: Second floor room - no elevator. My sister and I are in our 70s and she has mobility issues. Getting her and the luggage up and down the stairs was quite difficult. Breakfast was very limited and the Keurig reservoir was empty and no source of water ( too big to fit under sink in room).
