Disliked: The hotel is in a terrible location. It has a bar attached to it so all you hear until 3:00am is the bass from the music from the bar. The rooms are small and the hotel is outdated. This would have been fine if I was paying $80. But a room is $160. Not worth it at all!

Good location

Liked: Close to downtown.
Disliked: Room facing Harvey Ave was very loud. Morning traffic started at 5 am.

Disliked: The air conditioner kept leaking and making a weird loud noise

Disliked: The hotel is about 10 meters away from the main highway connecting Kelowna with the rest of the Okanagan.Our room had a balcony overlooking the freeway. The noise and the fumes from the constant traffic of cars and heavy trucks, made it impossible to use. Even with the balcony door closed the traffic noise was very disturbing and resulted in sleepless nights, making the business meetings the next day quite challenging. The hotel provided earplugs, prominently displayed on the night stand, were a clear indicator of the noise levels. The room was a reasonable size, however the bathroom was very small. The water pressure for the shower was very low.

Liked: Location was great, we took an E-bike wine tour right from the parking lot, very close to the park and shops & restaurants.
Disliked: A bit dirty, the closet tracks were full of dust, hole in bathroom wall where an old TP toll used to be, needs paint.

Liked: The food at the restaurant was very good as well as the serving staff. Delicious food and lovely ambiance. The hotel staff was lovely.
Disliked: The bed was hammocking in the middle and it smelled a little damp from the tub in the room. We were mainly disappointed about the fact that on our booking through booking.com we were promised the Beverly Hills Suite and we did not get it. It was our honey moon night and I had booked that suite especially. We were told it was an error on Booking.coms part. If so that was a misrepresentation. We did not want to argue that night as it was late and we were tired. The staff gave us a bottle of wine as compensation which was kind, but really I should have called the next day and asked them to sort out a better discount on the room as we were there two nights and had expected a much nicer suite. Lesson learned.
