Disliked: The hotel is in a terrible location. It has a bar attached to it so all you hear until 3:00am is the bass from the music from the bar. The rooms are small and the hotel is outdated. This would have been fine if I was paying $80. But a room is $160. Not worth it at all!

Great location - clean remodeled...

Liked: The location to downtown and the lake was great.
Disliked: The staff at check in told us nothing about the property or Kelowna. The bathroom was so small you had to climb over the toilet to be able to close the door!
