We really enjoyed our stay...

Liked: Really great breakfast, nice heated pool, comfy bed, located right beside a bus station that allowed us to easily take a day trip to Atlixco. The restaurant is also a good supper option, very good value.
Disliked: We loved everything.

What truly made our experience...

Liked: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The building itself was beautiful, and the view from our room was incredible—we could see the volcano in the distance (I believe it’s called Popocatépetl).What truly made our experience special was the amazing staff. We had to leave early for a long drive from Puebla to Villahermosa, and they kindly prepared a delicious breakfast to-go for both of us. Not only that, the chef went the extra mile and made the oatmeal I had requested—such thoughtful service!We’ll definitely be coming back for more than just one night next time. Huge thanks to everyone who made our stay memorable. Your kindness really made a difference!

Disliked: for an intercontinental the staff is not welcoming at all. At first they didn't want to respect the price I reserved for, as they apparently have their own currency exchange and not the official one. If you need an invoice for the restaurante, you need to write various emails and then call to follow up. In the restaurant I asked to pay in local currency and was charged in USD, which causes a 7% upcharge. They then tell you that you don't understand how it works. twice. Very unprofessional.
