Disliked: Working ice machines on each floor, tried 2 floors, not working, went to friendly face in the front , went to 20th floor got my ice. I could jave called them to get it though, but i wanted to walk

Disliked: The fridge in the roomneeds worked, so i had warm pop, and water for the entire stay.

The hotel is good but...

Liked: We liked the rooms and their cleanliness, as well as the room service, the food and the hamburgers are very tasty.
Disliked: Definitely something that we did not like at all, was the cleanliness of the pool, on several occasions we found hair floating in the pool as well as garbage and the truth was not at all pleasant because it was tangled in the body and it was disgusting. Another thing that did not please me was that I was not informed that the cost of parking was additional, in the reservation indicates that the hotel has parking and it turns out that it is not part of the hotel and you are charged separately, in addition that at the time I did the check in I was not warned of the extra charge for the parking issue.
