Liked: The big room was great and cool with a verandah. Everything was so nice and clean. We enjoyed the free arrival drinks, thank you. Breakfast was great and more than enough. The P16 parking garage, a block from the hotel, provided us with good parking at reasonable rates.
Disliked: Whilst staying only for two nights it would have been nice to have access to the pool but unfortunately it was unavailable due to maintenance works. Checking in took rather very long and we had to que for more than half an hour.

Great location but better facility...

Liked: Location excellent. Breakfast was ok but unusually it was served like a canteen. Cereals were self-serve but a stretch to call the breakfast a buffet. Room was very large and plenty of tv channels on demand. Maid service was excellent! Super communication before arrival.
Disliked: Pool was closed and this was advised at short notice with an apology but no option to cancel or offer of a discount. Lacked little touches like water in reception area or books. Beach towels were available but another guest returned an umbrella which was not offered to us. Another guest clearly pushed in front of me at reception, yet was still served by the receptionist first.

Liked: We were exceptionally pleased with our stay, the staff was amazing and it was a very convenient walk to the beach. Very close to all the great places to eat.
