Disappointing

Liked: The welcome drinks.
Disliked: We had a room with a window overlooking the small alley between the two buildings, so it wasn't at all usable for bringing in light.There was a desk in the room, so there was no way to store your things or put them anywhere other than on the floor.Bathroom cleaning was very poor, and we had to ask twice to have it cleaned.Breakfast was also very disappointing, with little choice and no possibility of refilling.

Superb

Liked: Great location. Right in the middle of everything. Short walk to beach. Good value for South Miami Beach. Very good rooms. Great staff.

PERFECT LOCATION, NICE BUT SMALL...

Liked: LOCATION AND VERY FRIENDLY STAFF especially Mr. Henry and Mr. Kevon ❤️! Pool on the roof of the hotel, organization and direct access past the Pengvin hotel on Ocean drive 👍
Disliked: The room was small, not 20 m2 as stated, and the only window in the room, which was also small and only opened with difficulty, looked out onto the wall of the neighboring building! Instead of a closet, there were a couple of hangers in the corner above the refrigerator, where you could only hang a shirt or jacket, nothing else. The room (306) is only suitable for one person, not for a couple coming for several nights!

Disliked: cleaning of the room every 3 days, breakfast is not open buffet and only 3 choices

Extremely comfortable, excellent hospitality

Liked: Great customer service hospitality was on point. The hotel was clean, comfortable, super relaxing and very accommodating.
Disliked: The only thing I will say is, I wish they would’ve gave the option for the upgrade. It was so inexpensive. It was only $15 to have a bigger space if you’re staying near for more than a day I recommend you getting the bigger room so please ask about it because the rooms are small very small if you get those small room and not upgrade, but even though it was small, it was extremely functional and very comfortable and clean, but I prefer a much larger room that was my only issue outside of that super amazing experience. Wish I stayed there majority of the time I was there unfortunately I didn’t know about them until the end.

Short and sweet

Liked: I enjoyed the rooftop pool. The hotel was nicely located!

Location fine, rest not so...

Liked: Location is OK. I mean, close to Ocean Drive and walking distance of many other places.
Disliked: TINY room. SUPER tiny. And the pool was also super super small. For that price, it could definitely be a more luxurious place.

Location is great but not...

Liked: Just the location
Disliked: The room had no view. It looked out onto the corridor separating the main building. If you are going to stay at this hotel for its location, I recommend that you do not choose these rooms.
