Service was good; room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was substantial. Stayed one night and it was excellent value for money.

Disliked: No wine glasses in room.

Liked: Central location and fresh new rooms.
Disliked: A bit noisy from road noise during the night. However it wouldn’t stop me from going again, it wasn’t that bad.

Has the potential to be...

Liked: The location was central to where I wanted to be and the bed was comfortable
Disliked: The pillows were really awful. There was a loose tile near the fridge on the floor and they were dead ants all through the fridge. It doesn’t look as though the place it had a good clean for awhile.

Liked: We got a complementary upgrade to a one bedroom, one lounge apartment. Very nice, thank you! Nice breakfast. Handy hotel for the SkyBus ride to and from the airport. Supermarket very close. Easy walk to Auckland Art Gallery.

Overall great stay, totally recommend...

Liked: Very good location, very nice and helpful staff
Disliked: Washing machine broke up when we started our laundry. Also the fridge a bit of smell

Liked: Spacious room. Has everything you need.
Disliked: Had trouble with the TV remote, possibly just flat batteries. There is no plug in the bathroom.
